Rocky Shores Veterinary Hospital strives to provide the highest, unparalleled client and patient experience and we believe quality time spent with our clients and patients are of utmost importance to us. Communicating with unaffiliated online pet pharmacies like Pet Meds, whether by fax or phone, takes precious time away from our "family members" and creates undue burden on our technical staff.  Because of this, we will no longer fax prescription approvals to unaffiliated online pet pharmacies. 

For your convenience, we offer our own online pet pharmacy through Vet Source whereby prescription requests and approvals flow directly through our patient portals, allowing for fast and accurate recording and filling of New York State prescriptions.

If you wish to fill approved prescriptions from unaffiliated online pet pharmacies, we will provide you with a written New York State Official Prescription for you to mail or fax to the pharmacy of your choice at your convenience.  Thank you for helping us to provide the best care for you and your pets.
